Digital Gathering – Hackathon 12-13th July 2023, Churchill College, Cambridge – Application Form

Following the NERC Digital Gathering conference, we are running a 2-day NERC Hackathon workshop event in Cambridge, 12-13th July, 2023. Register to attend below.

We are offering free accommodation and lodging for the first 25 applicants in our venue, Churchill College for both the night of 11th and 12th July. The College address is Storey’s Way, Cambridge CB3 0DS.

Please note that within reason and following NERC guidelines we can cover attendee’s travel costs to travel to the event within the UK, ideally by public transport. Please collect receipts.

Accommodation is provisionally reserved in Churchill College, Cambridge. Note this is on a first come first served basis – we will inform you asap if we can provide you accommodation. Other accommodation alternatives are noted on the Hackathon webpage.

Hospitality *

We have arranged for a hot buffet to be available on the evenings of 11th and 12th July, and lunch for all on the 12th (plus breakfast for those we are accommodating on site). Please let us have any dietary restrictions or information for the kitchens at Churchill College.
