Join us for this masterclass if you want to learn about different ways to explore how to improve existing digital services or design brand new solutions.
In this hands-on session we will explore various techniques to support the co-design of user focused digital solutions. We will provide lessons learnt from selected case studies to highlight potential pitfalls and success stories but the majority of this masterclass will focus on solving your challenges. We want participants to tell us about their current design and development challenges and then you can choose whether to take part in a 1-hour Design Sprint or a crash course in prototyping with the software Figma.
